One of the struggles that coaches often have in a school setting is working with an administrator who is hands-off or at best, supportive from a distance when it comes to the PBL approach. They aren't exactly against it, but they aren't exactly FOR it either, when it comes to understanding what's going on in our classrooms and how we need their support in adjusting grading, schedules, rooms, and more.
